When you write, include your device model, your iOS, iPadOS or Android version, the app version shown in the About screen, and the skill or page where the problem happened. Do not send passwords, payment details, store credentials or private field notes.
Before you contact us
- Update the app to the latest version from the store, then restart it.
- If your progress or notes are missing, check whether the device's app storage was cleared or the app was reinstalled. Notes, favorites, practice history and progress live only on your device and are not synced to an account.
- Open the app menu, then Sources or Image credits, to see where the information and pictures come from.
Purchase and restore
The app is a free download with five complete skills and two practice drills. One lifetime, one-time unlock opens the rest. Your store handles purchases and codes; the app has no code box and no separate account.
- iPhone or iPad: buy from the Unlock the full guide screen, or redeem a code from your book in the App Store redemption page. Then return to the app and tap Restore purchase.
- Android: buy from the Unlock the full guide screen, or redeem a code from your book on the Google Play redemption page. Then return to the app and tap Restore purchase.
- If the store cannot be reached, the app keeps an unlock it has already confirmed on that device. A first purchase needs the store to be available.
- Bought the printed Blackwater Bushcraft Guide somewhere other than our store? Email your receipt and we will send you a code.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for app purchases under their own policies. Request one through your store account.
Safety and content
The guide is an educational reference, not emergency service, professional instruction or medical advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Always check local laws, closures and fire rules, and practice hazardous skills with proper protective equipment. See the privacy policy and our terms of service.
