Privacy Policy
CWS Bushcraft is an offline bushcraft field-guide app published by Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC. This policy applies to the app and its on-device features.
Information the app collects
The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information. It has no account system and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, a crash-reporting service or a remote content service.
Information stored on your device
Favorites, notes, practice history, progress, checklist state, display mode and your reading position are stored in the app's private storage on your device so they work offline. This information is not sent to Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC. If you choose to share a note through your device's share sheet, the app you pick handles it under its own policy; CWS Bushcraft does not receive a copy.
Store purchases
CWS Bushcraft is a free download with one lifetime in-app unlock. Apple or Google handles the payment, your store account and your purchase records. The app does not collect payment card details, does not create an account and does not receive purchase analytics. Buying or restoring the unlock does not change the app's no-collection, no-sharing position.
Backups and deletion
Your operating system may include the app's data in a device backup according to the settings you control. Removing the app deletes its on-device information. To use the unlock again after reinstalling, tap Restore purchase with the same store account.
Children
The app is not directed to children. Its content covers tools, fire, water, hazards and first response, and the store age rating reflects that. Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Outside services
The app includes a support email link. If you email us, your email provider and ours handle what you send under their own policies. The app has no other connection to an outside service apart from the store's own purchase and restore requests.
Changes
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated, and the new date shown here, before the change is released.
