Privacy Policy
The Blackwater Woodsman Guide is a paid, standalone offline reference published by Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC. It does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, rent or share personal data.
Information stored on your device
The app can store reading progress, saved pages, completed practice drills and private notes in its private storage on your device, only to provide those features. Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC cannot see or retrieve it. You can erase it inside the app: open the information screen and choose Erase my local app data. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to your platform's backup and restore behavior.
Data collection and sharing
The app uses no analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, third-party login, cloud sync or developer-operated servers. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, health or notification access.
Purchases
The Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and downloads under their own privacy practices and the account you use with the store. The app does not receive payment-card details. To restore the app, download it again from the same store account.
Children
The app is not designed specifically for children. Its material includes supervised practice with knives, axes, fire, shelters and plants, so a parent, guardian or qualified instructor should supervise young users. Because the app collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect it from children.
Changes
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated, with the new date, before the change is released.
